I think it's time to make some changes that my future self would appreciate. I know I have a long list of things that need changed but, it's going to have to be one at a time.
So for today I'm going to start with eating healthier. My plan is to eat more protein; like chicken tuna and other fish. I'm going to eat more whole grains less white bread. More veggies. More fruit. Less chocolate.
I am going to warn you, less chocolate means grouchy.
So, that's a start. And everybody knows you have to start somewhere.
